Sandy Creek Homestead is a 167 pristine acres of ex dairy farm, with flat paddocks running along side 1 km of beautiful creek frontage and manicured rolling hills in the back ground that back onto Gympie National park.

This camping property is in a very quiet location with 5 dams. 2 of the dams you can swim and kayak in. The free roaming cattle may visit your camp site, and there is an abundance of bird life to enjoy.

We have 7 different camp sites on the property, powered and non powered.

1 hill top camp with 5 powered and 5 non powered sites.

4 non powered locations beside the creek with many camp sites to choose from.

2 non powered off road private locations, 4WD access only, and can only be accessed in dry conditions, please contact us before booking these sites.

Facilities.

We have 3 toilets and a shower with warm water, our water is filtered, but not suitable for drinking, we advise you bring your own drinking water.

Camp fires are **Weather permitting** NO BYO firepits.

Sandy Creek supply firepits. $25 1st day (includes: fire pit, fire wood, fire starter and matches) then $20 each day after with everything included.

All guests must take their waste with them on departure, and we appreciate you respecting our beautiful farm.

We are only 15min North East of Gympie, 35min to Tin Can Bay, 50min to Rainbow Beach and 60min to the Sunshine Coast, Noosa.

There are many places that you can visit if you feel like a short drive within 15- 60min such as Breweries, Wineries, Beaches, Markets and the old famous Mary Rattler Steam Train. There is also many quite and beautiful small towns to visit, to just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or have a glass of wine or beer or two. Pop in for a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and have your own spot along the beautiful running creek and enjoy the peaceful surrounds of nature.

We welcome well behaved dogs, as long as some rules are followed to ensure everyone enjoys Sandy Creek Homestead. Non barking dog are allowed, BUT must be kept on leash at all times and kept by your side when strolling around, pet waste must be picked up and taken off site when vacating.
